NaNoWriMo and Stuff

It’s great. It's wonderful. This is my third year participating and I'm loving it. In the first two, I enjoyed the process very much, so I decided to do this again.    I’m at 11000 words right now. Still on track, though not sure how long this will last. I had the plot figured out for the first four chapters. And I’ve written it all. I do have some ideas for the next one, arranged some scenes. Let’s see where this goes. In case you are wondering whether I am a plotter or pantser, I am both. I tried out the methods and found that both of them had their fair share of advantages. Plot definitely helps you write fast and crisp. Pantsing lets you explore. If I need a plot I’ll make one. If I’m in a mood for exploring I’ll do just that. Do whatever works, right? About Wattpad and Life

It’s been a while since I last wrote here, a year to be specific. Not that anyone is waiting for me but I wanted to get back into it. Revisiting 2019, I found out the reason behind my absence. I always wanted to write something and everything that I was interested in. Trying it out I found so many places that I could not keep up with them all. One of those was Wattpad.  Don’t get me wrong. I love Wattpad. I really do. There are some awesome people there. They cheer you on, feedback your work, tell you what’s working and what’s not. Hopefully, you do the same for them, if you’re nice enough. I enjoy engaging with the community. But the platform is so creamy and delicious that I often forget to look at anything else. It’s frustrating how much there are and how little time we have to explore. When I first tried writing a blog, I loved it so much. I even published some of my short fiction here.
